scared to death

Of going into labor early. currently im living an hour away from my hospital. Im almost 37 Weeks and for some reason my mom (who lives close to my hospital) is hesitating letting me stay with her. Its kinda f##### up and idk what her problem is.. But i dont wanna have to.drive an hr away when.im having contractions. Has anyone had to drive far to their hospital when in labor & everything worked out?

I live in Texas. Ive heard horror stories about being induced. Lije it take soo long

I don't know where you live. But if you are in the states you can schedule to get induced at 39 weeks.

No i wouldnt have to.drive myself either my fiance or my grandma would im just scared of giving birth in the car or ill dialate fast and,wont be able to get pain meds

I think I would be scared to do drive that distance alone to. I have not been through that before but is there a friend or anybody else around there that could drive you or let you stay with them if your moms place don't work out? I personally wouldn't drive myself I think the contraction ls could cause you to have an accident which would not be good.
