short of breath

So I've been getting short of breath almost like I'm skipping a breath. Only every once in awhile. Is that normal? I am 19 weeks along

When you feel shortness of breath, lift both arms in the air, sort or like a yoga pose and take 3 deep breaths. This will open up your chest cavity allowing more oxygen to get to your lungs. It helps me when I get shortness of breath maybe this will help you too.

Increase of blood flow in pregnancy means your heart is working harder and the navy is getting a lot of the oxygen that's why you feel short of breath

Hmm maybe. It just started like 2 days ago I figured maybe the baby was pushing weird or something but I know where she is so I don't think it's the way she is laying
