sick dog and pregnant
i dont know if this is even a good place to ask this but im pretty sure my great dane has kennel cough (going to call the vet when they open) but my question is i have a bad cough with lots of congestion and mucous..is it possible for pregnant women to catch this? or is it prob just a cold? i dont know if this is a dumb question or not..
Never a dumb question!!! Never hurts to ask!! BUT NO thankfully you cannot catch a cold or Kennel Cough from your dog! You are most likely just coming down with your own cold or possibly allergies! Hope you and puppy feel better!!
it's not dumb. i think some things canbe passed from pets to owners but most things cannot. anyway, it's only a cough so i wouldn't worry. your dr will prescribe anti biotics if you're havin trouble shifting it
