It depends on the woman but for most, keeping something in your stomach all the time helps. For me, it was ice cold water and real ginger that helped most but I've often heard people suggest sour things like lemon. Eating food cold seems to help many since it is less fragrant. I also found starchy foods like potato chips (just a couple) and meat helped since they took longer to digest, but I don't think that is overly common.

I found ginger nut buiscuits helped sometimes but not always!! I just dealt with it lasted til about 13 weeks !!
I'm on the same boat I'm almost 16 weeks one day I'm good one day I'm bad I've tried everything but nothing helps the sickness :'(
