I was like that when I was around then in my pregnancy. And then I decided it was best to get a pregnancy pillow and I must say it was my best investment so far. I'm now about 20 weeks and I am sleeping alot better.
My Dr told me everything should regulate in the start of my second trimester and baby is doing good. Can't wait to be able to sleep at night and get up during the day to do things. Where I live now everything closes around 7pm so by the time I get up and get going there is nothing to do I'm sure Walmart is tired of seeing me in the middle me the night just there to walk around cause everything else is closed.
Your baby will be fine. In fact baby sleep more when you are awake due to the rocking motion from you moving around.
I have issue sleeping at the beginning too. Just can't seem to find a comfortable position or clear my mind enough to fall asleep. Try warm milk or herbal tea with honey, it help to relax before bedtime. Also many nights I will just sleep on the conch with the TV on. For some reason that really help me.
omg..thanks so much........i'm 12Weeks nd 3 days when it's going to let me sleep....like rite now i been up from 3am nd can't go back to sleep nd i did not go to sleep into 2 that's like a hour of sleep.............do you think the baby is ok......can this hurt the baby
I've got the same prob. I can't sleep at night and the only time I do sleep is when I am flat busted. Which causes me to get sick cause my body I exhausted. My Dr have me phenergan for the nausea which knocks me out! I try not to take it even though Dr says its safe. So sometimes I'm up for a couple days at a time Dr told me I could take unisom to help sleep but it keeps me up. Tried everything shower, warm milk, hot coco nothin works. Dr said my hormones should regulate around wk 12 so I hope by them I can get on track. Only 10 wk so far. Which is crazy cause with my first I could sleep at any time and would sleep only to get up and eat or pee. It was all I could do to stay awake at work.
