Is it possible to widen my pelvis?

I had to have a c-section with my first child because she was 9lbs 2oz and couldn't fit through my pelvis. Im 35 weeks pregnant now with my son and hes already good over 6lbs the ultrasound tech said. So im expecting another large baby. I want to try VBAC. ( Vaginal Birth After Caesarian)  but my chances arent too good unless I can do something to widen and spread them. Is there anything any of you have tried or done?

I had the same problem with my first born even though i was told i have "amazing child baring hips" my son got stuck in my pelvic bone and ended up in emergency c section, and he came out with read marks on his head from where he was stuck and still has them, hes 5 years old now! As it turns out i have a really tiny pelvic bone even though i have child baring hips, i was told that this baby is also going to have to be done by c section because of my pelvic bone being super tiny.

I could've explained that a little more technically..

your pelvic bone is just that - a bone. it can't be changed unless it was physically broken. people do squats and stuff to make it APPEAR that their pelvis has changed, but the hips (hip BONE) remains the same. the muscle/fat/tissue just changes.

I've read stretching and stuff is the only thing that MAY help you with labor.. I wish you luck though!! ((:

Ur pelvis seperates at the front and pregnancy helps it naturally with the joint relaxing hormones that are produced but if it was too narrow with ur first still Idk thatd u have a better chance 2nd time just remember however baby gets here the safest is what matters most sorry momma

being an x-ray tech., I can almost say I'm 100% you can't change the width of your pelvic bone.. that would literally hurt, a lot, probably break lol never heard of that whatsoever.. it's just something you're born with.

I've always been told I had "child-bearing" hips/pelvis, but who knows.. this baby may tell me differently in October! lol
