Your due date can be off by two weeks , it's all estimated. So you can be two weeks ahead or two weeks behind in measurements and there be no concern. Your baby isn't late growing , all babies grow differently. Just relax and don't stress :)

Long has the baby has a heart beat nothing is wrong and you probably thought you where 22weeks but probably are 20weeks that what happens sometimes you might think your further along but turns out your either a week behind or two weeks behind which could definitely be possible

Vitamins likely aren't the reason you're measuring small. You could just be carrying a small baby or there are other factors. Tons of women go through their pregnancies and don't take vitamins at all and they have big babies.
