Im pregnant and have been prescribed patches. They're not ideal but the docs say that it's better than carrying on smoking. Don't let people be too hard on you :)

Trust me I know how you feel about the stress part. I smoked a pack and half a day for 3 years and when I found out I was pregnant I quit cold turkey. It was difficult the first two weeks, but after a while it starts to smell bad and taste horrible. It's hard but it's also the quickest way. I eat lollipops instead haha.

I wouldn't think so because they are nicotine patches. With me it was easy because the cigs started to smell gross then I went a few days without and took a hit and it tasted like straight chemicals not the same taste at all. And now my husband smells like an ash tray when he comes back in the house and I never noticed before. You can do it too I promise
