... That I go to my child support court hearing I'm nervous never been to court for a single thing or been in front of a judge what will they ask me? What do I need to say? What's gonna happen? How does this go? So nervous it's tomorrow morning

What if I don't have a job right now? I'm 18 I was going to college April 30 was my last day I'm taking the summer off because I'm already due this month to have baby. I will be going back after summer. Although I don't have a job I live with a big family sisters grandma parents uncle's they ask have minimum wage job 40 hours a week my daughter is supported by everyone in my family the house she lives in since birth. Am I gonna sound bad saying I don't have a job?

they will ask you about your income, what do you spend on the baby, how much is the father helping you. they will probably ask for pay stubs so probably need to bring them. just in case! all you need to worry about is being honest. the child support cases really just about the baby and how much child support you'll need for the baby, if I was you I would also bring any receipts that you have Spent on the baby.
my sister just had a child support court hearing for my niece. the child's father didn't bring his pay stubs, like they told him to do! so they have to postpone the court hearing for another month! because he didnt bring his stubs. which he's already had court hearings in the past, for previous children of his so he knew what he was doing!

My hearing they really didn't ask anything. All I did was fill out a sheet of paper on how much I made where i worked and things of that nature. The judge does all the talking
