i did post this question before.

Can they do C- section without giving any reason? actualy she speaks my language and bus goes to her place  thatswhy i picked her. but now i m so worried. what should i do? i need some comments.

I don't know how it will be in your country - but when i was still in South Africa - (had my first child there) -  the Dr had to have a valid reason for performing a C-section on me - the insurance also phoned me to confirm the reason for my C-section.  The best is maybe to phone your insurance company and speak to them - they should be aware if there is Dr's under investigation for fraud - claiming for no reason.

But i do feel insurance companies wouldn't just pay out money to any Dr without proper reason and they should be able to see a pattern in Dr's that claim more than others.

Hope this helps and all the best
