supplement with formula?
Do any moms on here bf and supplement with formula? I'm starting to think i dont produce enough ...
Lactation cookies will help you to produce more milk. You can buy them premade or make them yourself. I preferred to make mine
Drink mothers milk tea, Gatorade, milk, water, ear oatmeal, lactation cookies. And feed on demand when you are around. Keep baby on breast as much as you can, do a lot of skin to skin too
Hes going to be one month on the 24th and i go back to work tomorrow... I was doing good with freezing milk but i got a bad case of mastitis and had to use the frozen milk because my supply went down :(
I did when I went back to work.. The more you bf the more supply... Supply and demand:)
