Celery, my fiance swears by it.. Also be careful with aloe vera juice i think to much could possibly cause a.misscarrage, but i could be wrong.so just be careful maybe look into that one
I am 25 weeks 6 days. Prevacid is on the list my dr. Gave me. I started taking it and it works well
My grandmother always told me a tablespoon of baking soda with a glass and half of water (about 12 ounces, but I would do about 16 ounces or 2 cups of water to dilute it more) will help. She used that during her whole pregnancy. I can not stand the taste of it at all. Antacids stopped working for me. I heard pickle juice will help ease the pain too. Also try not eat or drink anything at least 2-3 hours before you lay down for bed. Hope you feel better!
i have had bad heart burn since about 3 months.... i keep a box of tums next to my bed and one in my purse and they help as soon as i feel it i just chew 2 and it takes it away for a while
I read that you can drink aloe vera juice to help, and it's good cuz it is natural. You can also chew gum too, the saliva is a natural heart burn suppressant too.
chew minty gum, that got me thru my second pregnancy
Hi there!
As with any problem or new medication during pregnancy, you should always talk to your doctor. Bananas are a natural antacid for one thing. When it comes to meds, I would ask your pharmacist. I have known women that take Zantac - but you should ask a professional beforehand!
Good luck!
