First comment is a lie :p my doctor told me home pregnancy tests are the same thing they use, just bigger and fancier. (They literally use something about the size of a blood sugar testing strip at a doctors office.)

I got a positive test at 9dpo. Which would have made me 3 weeks and a few days pregnant :) I'm 4 weeks now.

Two or three weeks past ovulation? Yes. Two or three weeks past conception? Yes. Two or three weeks gestation (from the first day of last period)? No. At home tests are not sensitive enough - maybe three weeks plus a few days but definitely not two weeks.
