ugh family issues

I'm so sick of dealing with trying to keep calm whole being 8 months pregnant. This is my first and my baby shower is in 11 days. I have family coming in from out of town for only the weekend for the shower and somehow my sister in law is making it about her and her baby...I don't wanna sound childish but this is my time...you had yours.

I have the same problems girly my sister in law is also pregnant and my mother in law wanted us to do a double baby shower which I def did not want to do what so ever cause I can't stand any of them

Make it a all Fay shower and then have them come back by and help you pick out how the baby's room will be set up and help decide what you still need for baby etc..

She is like that unfortunately...my family is only coming in for less than 3 days and I'm petty much only getting alloted my baby shower to see them...rest of the time is so they can see her baby.  And who made those plans???? HER!

Well,  it's weird that your SIL is trying to make it about her and her own baby,  but if your family is coming in from out of town for your shower,  it will be about you.

I agree with u. And i think its funny how familys like to make things abt them whrn they find out someone is pregnant. Some of my family is trying to do the same thing and im so tired of it
