8 weeks. Is it normal not to be hungry...?

I'm hungry once in awhile but I can't eat a whole lot without feeling stock is it normal. ...ftm

Its very normal my husband would try to force me to eat because he would worry but I just didn't have an appetite. Plus I had terrible morning sickness, I would recommend just trying to eat something small like a piece of fruit or pb&j. Overall it's note to worry too much about you eventually get your appetite back and you are going to want to eat everything on sight :) I did and still do at 36 weeks.

I am 21 weeks today and didn't start getting an increased appetite until I was 16-18 weeks.

That's different for every woman honestly. When I was 8 weeks I had to eat alllll the time, otherwise I'd feel like I was gonna throw up. But I know friends who could barely eat a thing until the second trimester. As long as you are having small snacks throughout the day and can keep it down, you're good. Drink lots of water, too!
