Clysta if they dont take the uterus it is not a hysterectomy. A hysterectomty is removing the uterus. An oopherectomy is removing the ovaries and fallopian tubes. So no she can't get pregnant after a hysterectomy.
Actually, they do not always do this. There are three different things they can do. They can remove only the uterus and leave the ovaries, they can remove the ovaries and leave the uterus, or they can leave the uterus and remove only one ovary and tube and leave the other side.
You could, however, look into getting a surrogate... where they take your eggs and your husbands eggs and place them into a woman and she carries the baby for you..
