Hi ladies -
We just want to emphasize that while a baby can be born healthy at 37 weeks, and may be considered full term, it is important, unless otherwise stated by your own personal doctor/provider, that you let baby come when baby is ready.

No matter what you do baby will ONLY come if ready. you could spend hours walking, bounceing on ball, constant sex an nothing will help unless your baby and body are ready for labor.
Actually 37 weeks is considered full term, and as long as she isnt doing something silly lile castor oil, I have never heard any doctor, or midwife have a problem with trying natural things to make it happen. Walk a lot, if you have an exercise ball I've heard, bounce on it. Just remember if baby isnt ready, babys not ready.
If you are 37 weeks and 1 day, please don't be in such a hurry. It's not considered a good idea; it's too early for the baby. Try to let your little one cook for at least two more weeks, if not three.
Good luck!
Hmmmmm. The day before my induction (I was already 3cm) I bathed all 7 of my pitbulls and cleaned out their kennels. Hubby and I cleaned out our SUV, we walked down to his moms like 4 times which is like a mile total, we cleaned the house from top to bottom. At 10:45 the night before my induction my water broke. I was 41 weeks exactly. It was a LONG day. I was so exhausted by the time it was time to push I was in such a daze. My son was born at 5:09 am that morning. This was my 4th labor and the previous 3 were inductions so I had no idea what to expect.
Gallop around the house and take a hot bath, then jump on your bf as soon as he gets home lol
