To "care for myself" after birth? Just assuming i have a vaginal birth and all goes well. The only thing i can think of is pads.. thanks in advance also!

The hospital will give you everything you need i brought my own pads with me for when I wasn't bleeding as heavily :)

Thanks ladies! I feel as if im so confused about life. Lol. My mom stocked me up on pads at my baby shower. Lol

Heavy duty absorbant pads, ice packs, witch hazel pads, numbing spray, and a peri-bottle to use to clean yourself instead of having to wipe with toilet paper. The hospital shoud provide you with everything. The only thing that I had to buy was extra pads after I got home.
