what to expect?

I just found out today that I'm pregnant. According to my last period I should be 4-6 weeks. I'm not showing any signs but 3 tests were positive. What should I expect going to my first appointment on the 23rd? And can the father come with me?

I don't know if all places are the same but my other half came with me and they didn't want to see me till I was past 6 weeks

My mom, her boyfriend, and my boyfriend came with me for the first two! They'll do a pee test, a vaginal sonogram, and draw some blood. At least, that's what they did for me at 8 weeks.
