when did i get pregnant

Please help, I did a ultrasound and the doctor said I was 6 weeks 3 days today 11/4/14. Want to know how to see when I got pregnant. Not sure when I got my last period. Does anyone know if it's true that doctor's add 2 weeks to your ultrasound. If someone can please help me, just trying to see the time frame I conceived and got pregnant. Your answers are much appreciated

I am 6 weeks and 4 days so the first day of your last period was about September 19. Then add about 12-14 days and that's your time frame. Probably the first couple days of October.

About minus 4weeks & 3days from 11/4. That date would give you approximate conception date. 6+3 would be your gestational age by ACOG guidelines and 4+3 would be embryonic age, thus conception date, give or take a day or two.

You got pregnant within the last few days of September through the first few days of October.. Somewhere around the 4th. I literally spent an entire appointment with my doctor making sure I understood measuring how far along I am and how they figure it out.

Peegnancy weeks are worked out from the first day of your last period. So as you don't know, your ultrasound would suggest that was 6wks and 3 days ago. Add 10-12 days for ovulation and itvwas probably around about then.
