Dizzy and blacking out what could it be ?

I'm 23 weeks pregnant and I've had plenty of times already when I feel like I'm blacking out my vision will get blurry, feel weak, my legs start to shake and feel like throwing up I immediately go on my knees or lye on my left side but I'm still feeling dizzy and weak. Has this happened to any of you and what did you ladies do for it ?

You might wasn't to call your doctor. It could be your blood pressure, and that's very dangerous during pregnancy, they might need to watch you
