HELP!! Im a woman with a VERY HIGH sex drive

I'm a 35yr old woman with a very high sex drive,I've been with my fiancé for 3yrs&now its got so out of control to where it's all I think about even dream about it when I go to sleep. I randomly get aroused for no reason&stay wet!! It's to the point if I've got to go 5days without any intimacy I get these uncontrollably bad mood swings. Masturbation, toys,ECT.. Does nothing for me if its not the actual real thing I'm not satisfied!! I've always had a high sex drive for as long as I can remember but now its getting worse &causing all kinds of problems in my relationship plus just everyday life because the random arousal just happens out of nowhere which is embarrassing bc its hard to remain calm. Lately I've been getting these tingling sensations n my vagina& sometimes a weird numbness with what feels like muscle contractions!! H E L P  ME what can I do??

I would talk to your ob/gyn.  You may have a hormonal imbalance.  If your sex drive is causing difficulty in your life--  then I'd find out what the issue is.  Perhaps you'll be placed on birth control pills to counterbalance.  You are pretty much hyper focused on it as well which may fall into the area of a psychological issue.  Sex addiction is a real problem for some people and it can ruin one' s life and relationships.  So, I'd take this as a health concern and talk to your doctor about how to reel it in.  good luck
