someone please lead me in the right direction

I have been very depressed the last couple weeks. Ok I have a great husband which our spark is gone but he is willing to do anything for me . That's why I feel so confused. I love him but I don't think I am in love with him. We have been married twelve years have a ten year old daughter together. He is a great father n a great husband but feels like more of a live in partner or brother. I am stressed cuz this guy started talking to me a couple weeks ago and it was like a instant connection it scared me I tried to push him away n not talk to him but still couldn't quit thinkn about him. I feel like such a horrible person. I never dreamed of something like this happening its killing me inside. I have not went on a date with the other guy or anything I am just really confused and want to hide in a whole. This story is so scrambled it might not make sesnse but a few words of wisdom would help . Thanks in advance

Every relationship has its ups and downs.  Even ppl deeply in love find themselves looking at other attractive people once in awhile.  Remember this: looking at the menu is harmless as long as you go home for dinner.  Be patient with yourself.  Remember and live your vows.  It is so important. - Blu

Don,t do it,forget this other guy and stick with your family because family is everything and should mean the world to you.Think of all the wonderful things you have done as a family and focus on that.Talk with your husband and try and work things out.Do everything you can to keep the family together and remember the grass is never greener on the other side.Do the right thing and keep your beautiful family together and forget this other guy because family is gold.All the best.
