Aghh! The place i work at is driving me crazy!
I work at a massage clinic, reception full time. Majority of the therapists who i work with are female and around my age. Im 30, these girls age range in 25-31. Now i seem to get along with all the therapists, i wouldn't ask them out on a date cause im no fan of work place dating. Anyway, this one therapist i talk to the most actually warned me about 3 of the female thearpists. She says 1 is "fake" not sure what she meant by that and she is a snake. She told me about the other 2, who would act really nice, but then when you leave the room they would talk bad about you. Basically this thearapist was giving me a friendly heads up and i apprciate it, and just not get too friendly with them. my question, why? Why is it some women act like this? Like they can't get along with each other, talk behind others back, start trouble ect... Im a guy and im nice to everyone and i probably get talked bad about by people whom i thought are nice... What gives?

Not all women are like this. And some men are. There are no absolutes. Many people just don't know better or have too much time on their hands. Men and women can both be immature. Maybe find a job with a better mix of men and women.
Why worry about it? Just stay out of the female drama and concentrate on your job is my best advice.
Belive me, i been on looking for a better job. Actually i have two right now, the other place i work at, everyones cool. Its just this place, well.. eversense i started working reception on my own, i've seen nothing but craziness. and the owners mom drives me insane! Shes not too well liked at the clinic,lol. its funny, she tells me to be territoral with the reception desk and dont let the therapists around it.. Im not gonna start trouble with people, im not even in charge of the therapists! Does my job have some authority over them?? I wouldnt think so
