Lung problem ?

I am a 16 year old boy.
I had sore throat, recurrent fever of 38.3 degree celsius, and when i breath with my mouth, i can feel this "echo" at my chest which seems to be phlegm.
Went to see doctor on day 5, given the cough suppressant, paracetamol and the dequa lozenge.
Went to see doctor on day 7 again, even though my throat don't hurt anymore, my cough got worst, doctor gave me blood test and it went fine, was given expectorant and dequa lozenge and paracetamol this time, he says i having throat congestion and strep throat.
I writing this on my day 9, cause almost every morning i sneeze ( only morning i sneeze for this period of time ) and then there is this huge and bloody phlegm that return from my nose to my mouth, unable to sneeze out.
I had sore throat on and off all year round, sometimes with bloody phlegm, i wonder if i have any lung problems.

I have no fever now, i just finished 30 amoxicillin capsules, but now whenever i swallows, i feel a kinda sharp pain at the right of my throat and whenever i takes bigger breath, it gives me the urge to cough. I finished the expectorant too. What should i do now.

have you ever had a chest x-ray?  If you have strep-throat, you should be on antibiotics....did your doctor give you that?  

Bloody phlegm could be either from your lungs, nose/sinuses, or even from chronic problems with your tonsils if you still have them.  Since you have problems with sore throat and fevers, I wonder if you are having problems with your tonsils.  It may be time to have your tonsils removed.
