Nasal Polyps

I just had surgery to remove very large nasal polyps and fungus from my nose three weeks ago. Since the surgery I have visited the doctor once a week for deep cleaning. He is able to get out whatever I can't. My cleaning routine entails daily sinus rinse, three times a day. I dont want this to comeback since this is my second surgery.

Today's office visit, the doctor said he could visible see signs of growth again of the polyps. He has put me on new medication and antibiotics for another 30 days.

Is there something else causing this? I have been on steroid spays for years. I have been on Prednisone more than my share for the year so far.

Am i going to have to live with this disease forever?

This is a natural method to prevent the nasal polyps.Do the pranayam for 30 minutes twice daily to get rid of the polyps gradually. Once the polyps have disappeared, do the anulom vilom for 20 minutes daily.Your feedback will help hundreds in your situation.
Build up your timing gradually. If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume after one minute.
Anulom Vilom pranayam –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 15 to 30  minutes twice a day.
Children under 15 years – do 5 to 10 minutes twice a day.
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs. You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

The sinus rinse will only reach your lower sinuses, because of gravity.  The technique I developed uses gravity instead of fighting it.

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground, or you can kneel down and lean over a bathtub with the shower running.

Nasonex does work for nasal polyps for some people.
