So I can totally relate to you. I have had constant post nasal drip for quite some time myself. I have been given nasal sprays and told to take Claritin or Benedryl. I have not taken any of these since I am not sure that its allergies causing the post nasal drip. Usually I have more than one symptom when I have "allergies". I put it in quotations because I am not too sure if I suffer from allergies. Medication sometimes helps but other times does nothing for me. I too get nauseas all day and it seems to get worse after I eat. I have been using the Neti rinse for a few weeks now and have been garggling warm salt water. I also had a horrible night because of the post nasal drip. This morning I attempted to vomit, but all that came up was clear stuff. I see the ENT in one week and have many questions for him. I too hope this all end soon!

If you had sinusitis, then you probably still have sinusitis, just less noticeable except the post nasal drip.  I'd recommend going to an ENT to see if and where your sinusitis is, or if you have another problem.

If you do have sinusitis, most likely in the upper sinuses, which may not cause congestion, then here is the most effective treatment

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.

Do you have any allergies? are nasal drip can be a sign of allergies.
Also have you seen the ENT specialist to  look at the sinuses for polyps, or inflammation or infection.
Have you noticed your nasal drip, gets worse with eating certain foods.
It may be a over production of mucus, which is causing this in the sinuses, and throat.
I would say get to a ENT specialist for an evaluation, it may be something simple whats causing these problems,
Which are really annoying for the patient, and disrupt general well being.
Good luck
