Pain in general

I had xrays done and would like  to know what they mean.  
Right shoulder: no fractures,disocations or lesions. some degenerative sclerosis involving the greater tuberosity.
lumbar: partial sacralization of l5. anterior fusion of l3 and l4. vertabral body and disc heights maintained. Moderate aortic calcifications are seen
cervical spine: no fractures or subluxations. disc space narrowing at c5-c6 vertibral body heights maintained. minimal bony spurring at c5-c6 also noted.
I have had severe joint and muscle pain all over including migraines. I do know about the fusion of l3 and l4 it is congenital.

Osteoporosis can cause degenerative changes in the joints. It is treated with bisphosphonates. Others like denosumab and calcitonin are also used for therapy. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

I was also recently diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and osteopena of the hips

Mild sclerosis of the humerus, this could be an incidental finding. Also, the narrowing of the vertebral spaces become significant if there is evidence of nerve compression, as this can cause pain. This can be checked by nerve conduction studies.
