Trouble Catching breath and barking cough

I was looking for some insight on why I have been having trouble catching my breath. Ive been to the doctor once to check for anything and he said i was normal and my EKG test came back clear. Is there any reason why i have trouble catching my breath and cough with a barking sound with chest congestion? Ive tried a alot of OTC medication and even though it does sometimes help im not sure why im having trouble catching my breath at times and when i do i feel the need to cough when i inhale and wonder if thats throwing my breathing off. Are there any other conditions that i should ask my doctor to check for? Thanks

Sound like possible exercise induced asthma.

Keep a very good journal for symptoms, times and triggers.  This will help your doctor diagnose you.  You do need to see your doctor in the near future.

God bless.
