What does hyperinflated lungs mean on an X-Ray but clear of focal consolidation.  Mild biapical scarring is noted.  No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is noted.  I had both conditions for years.  I am 60 years old.  I had the scarring for about 20 years.  I was always asked if I was a smoker.  I never smoked.  Thanks.
