Can itchy skin and eyes be caused by an STD?

I have ready many of the posts on this forum and it provides a wealth of information.

Based on what I have read, I believe my chances of having an STD are quite low....  about 5 or 6 months ago, I had protected sex with a massage worker who I was familiar with.  No issues with condoms breaking etc... very brief oral by her to me with no condom.  My fingers where in her at different periods of time, I did have a slight irritation on one finger that was inside her.  Right after I immediately showered and put antibiotic cream on my finger.  A couple weeks later I was at another massage parlor and just got a massage and received a hand job, no condom, with baby oil.

A few days after this I started having some itching that I ignored for a while, it then got to the point where it
got worse.  No real rash, in a couple of areas there were 1 to 3 small red spots.  I was given Clotrimazole and Betameth by my doc, used it for a couple of week, itching went away then about a week later came back.

This itchyness has occured in different areas, mostly on the inside of my biceps and sides of my pecs where arms rub, also it has been present around the belt line of my pants and breifly on my inner thighs, but not in the groin area.  I have also noticed that my eyes have also been itchy and red.

I recently had a series of CBC done as well as liver function test for cholesterol which all came back normal, just wondering what else this could be cause by.  I assume I should get an STD/HIV test?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

It might be, but a doctor should be able to tell that.  You might need to see a dermatologist.

Thanks when the itching first occurred I saw one to a few small red spots
Which disapeared and the itching persisted.  The doc prescribed a cream
Clottinazole and betameth which gets rid of the itch but ithas come back twice now I am
Wondering if this could be some kind of bacterial skin infection?

There isn't an std that will cause all over body itching like this, and you don't mention a rash or anything.

I'd have to guess this is an allergic reaction to something.
