Incontinence after Chlamydia treatment

So one day I was fealing a burning sensation during urination and a clowdy like substance that would come from my penis. I went to urgent care, they tested for Tric, Gona, and Chla. They gave a Rocephin injection and a script for Azithromycin 1G that I filled and took the following evening. This was Mid December.

No sex for the week, after that went to protected sex. I noticed after treatment over time the urine did not stink as bad as before, and the white substance cleared up. The only think is that I drip urine. After urinating I would drip urine enough where it would wet my underwhere however not go through clothing. After a while it stops. I drink a lot of water and naturally urinate a lot so this becomes an issue. I also notice mild irritation from time to time, and during ejaculation it course irritation to my penis. And the irritation will range from a discomfort to slight burning.

I want to follow up with my clinic to rerun the test to see if I still possible have an infection. I am asking if you possible heard of any similar stories that could possible help me. Any tips with the incontinence issue would be awesome! I will say that this experience had open my eyes to STDs and this is something we should all protect ourselves from. Thanks again for reading and any insight you give me!
