Little bumps but no itch or burn

Well to start off I am not sexually active. I am still a virgin. I noticed these little bumps under the tip of my penis. The thing is though there is no itching, burning or any other symptoms. So I was wondering am I just being paranoid or do I really have herpes?

You can not have a STD if you have never had sex. Bumps can be so many things you would have to see a Dr for diagnosis.
