I have some small discharge this morning and I went to clinic to check.
They said its probably NGU infection, need to wait for cultural test to know what is it.

Yes only herpes but if she did not have any lip sores you really dont need testing. Only test if you have a long term partner like your married or something.

Yes there would be some risk for herpes but not the fluid on the hand.

Yes there would be some risk for the sucking for herpes but not the fluid on the hand.

Hi you had close to zero risk from what your describe. If she had oral herpes, that would be the risk but if she did not have any lip sores at the time that risk is close to zero.
