Nipple eczema

I am female, I have had an eczema in my right nipple, I seen many doctors and received different medication but this has last for more than two years now.
My boyfriend just cofessed he had sexual relations with a proatitute around two years now and I am afraid this is something more serious and consecuence of an STD from which I have not received treatment from.
Does anyone have an idea what this could be?
I recently detected a protuberance in my breast.

Hello.

I am sorry to hear about your boyfriend's infidelity.   The lesion you have on your nipple is unlikely caused from an STD.   In fact in my personal opinion it is NOT an STD.

It is recognized that eczema source is the hygiene hypothesis.

Furthermore, we would have no idea what type of lesion you have.  Please see a doctor about your lesion and talk to your physican about the protubereance in your breast of which is NOT STD related either.
