Not sure what I have

A couple of weeks ago i did the biggest mistake of my life which is probably ending my marriage cuz I had to confess to my wife.  I received unprotected oral at a massage place.  It was very brief and it barely lasted with no ejaculation.  First week, there was a bit of discomfort but nothing worth worrying about.  I slept with my wife 6 days after the exposure which was a tiny bit painful but cuz me and my wife thought her period was over but when we had sex it was uncomfortable for the both of us and a tiny bit of blood came out of her after intercourse.  a couple of days after that, i felt irritation in the uretha.. 13 days after exposure in the morning i felt like i had frequent urination( 4 times within 3 hours) but again it could possibly be that i drank alotta water the night before(didnt wake up to go to the washroom) and had coffee.  It still freaked me out and went to a walkin clinic(Im in canada and its hard to see a specialist right away).  Anyways, the doctor gave me 2 pills of Suprax and 8 pills of Azithromycin and did a urine test.  Result should be in in a week.  Same day and even before i took the pills, i didnt have the need to urinate frequently.  Its been 5 days since I took the meds, and i still feel irritation in the uretha(specially if im sitting down for long and when i think about it and stress about it).  I didnt have any discharge i keep checking but this morning when i woke up i checked my black underwear and noticed a small spot thats orangeish.  I keept trying to squeeze my penis for anything to come out but nothing did.  My wife feels like shes having symptoms now.. she feels that she has vaginal discharge, lower ab pain.  She went to the doctor yesterday and they gave her the same medication and took urine and blood samples. Again results should be out in a week.

I havent eaten anything.. Im living off water and cigarettes for the last three days. I dunno what to do and Im just worried sick that we have something extremely dangerous and uncurable and waiting for results is just making things worse.

1. What can this be?  
2. Whats considered a late treatment? or after how long is it considered late for treatment? I dont wanna cause my wife to be infertile. I dont care about myself and what happens to me but i care about her.

Went to the hospital a couple of days, just cuz i had pain on top of my blader and lower back and the painful ejaculation still.  They did urine tests and a penis swab also ultrasounds for the full abdomen area, soemnthing i shoulve done from day 1 but anyways.. Turns out i have a small kidney stones in both kidneys and i keep getting pain when i pass them.  Urine test and penis swab came back negative so it was never an std.  So if anyone has the same type of symptoms, u should get a urine/penis swab and ultrasounds.. otherwise ull keep on guessing and imagining things.  Im glad this is over and i can move on with my life.. not that its related to this forum, but my wife has agreed to finally give us a second chance and she isnt leaving! So this is very happy ending to a very messed up phase in our lives.  I hope no one ever goes through something like this ever.  Its not worth it..if you love your wife, its not worth it.. its not worth all the pain, and most importanlt not worth seeing her hurt like i did over the last 5 weeks or so..

An update:

STD urine tests came back negative (Gon. Chlam, and NGU). Still waiting for blood results for HIV and syphilis .  So since then, I dont have pain or burning when urinating.  Here is what Im feeling right now:
- About a week ago I had intercourse with my wife which wasnt painful but the ejaculation was a bit painful but then i felt relief after.
- Pain in the pelvic area.. sharp stabbing pain on the right and the left side(feels like the urinary tract) that comes and goes.  
- Not often, but i get some very mild pain in the testicles that comes and goes with the pelvic pain
- Tender and painful lower back(Ive had a lower back injury 5 yrs ago but it feels more tender right now as if i did some physical work and exhausted it)
- I feel some pain in the kidneys area.
- all this pain seem to be triggered when walking for long or when sitting down for a long time
- Also, I noticed today on the right side of the penis ring(not sure what its called, that its a bit red and irritated).  It doesnt hurt yet and its not itchy. This freaked me out and got me thinking it might be herpes? No herpes test was done until now.  

Its been exactly 28 days since the exposure.

Hi wishtodie ... I can't say whether or not you have an STD but I can tell you something about odor.  I had occasional "fishy" odor lasting days or weeks at a time for years BEFORE my indiscretion and I know for a fact I did not have any STD at the time.  My point is, penile odor does not mean you have an STD.

I'll be very interested in knowing your test results.

Penis order could be from many things from drinks to bacteria. You had a very low risk for contracting anything and many experts, including doctors classify oral sex as safe sex. I cant believe you got anything from what you described happened. Im going back to you wifes period blood if not your anxiety.

I have another question to ask if you guys got a minute.  What can cause a weird penis odor? I never had that until I started feeling the symptoms i mentioned above.  This is very confusing and i stopped looking at the internet for answers cuz its just crazy.. Also, again not sure if this is related at all, but today the post urination burning pain is a bit sharper .. im more gasy and I have diarrhea .. the right side where the appendix is hurts as well.. all the previous symptoms mentioned here still persists. Any ideas? Im still waiting for the test results.

Well since you did the test just wait and see what comes back. Its all out in the open and we dont mind sharing your grief. Sometimes its better to man up and take  your shots than to be making comments about God punishing you. Your not a coward but were quite brave telling your wife.

I did mention though that it was a bit painful then during intercourse..which got me thinking that only my symptoms were starting to show up more by the.. meaning i had started with symptoms earlier but it was all very minor and not worth mention.. mid week came (when i had sex with my wife).. then the week after symptoms started showing more..it just seemed a like progress kinda thing and the sex in the middle was during all that.. not causing it..

Absolutly.  A few days after intimacy with your wife when it all started down hill and she was on her period. Vance is a expert and said its nothing to do with STD's and the risk for other things is low rick and most experts consider oral sex as safe sex. So you can pretty much rule out getting anything from her.
There is no punishment here, only consequences of ones actions. We are only human and do try our best every day but sometimes get caught up in the moment of weakness.

I did some googling around and nothing seems to mention anything like this.  Do you have an article or some resource that supports this statement(you can get uti when having intercourse during menstruation)

I made a one time mistake and god has punished me for it with how i am feeling and all my worries.. and my wife deserves to know it wether i have symptoms or not.. i was a coward and decided to cheat when i had a beautiful wife at home that cares and loves me with all my heart..

Anyways i never mentioned this to the doctor, was it worth mentioning?

You most likely got it from your wifes period blood.
intercourse during menstruation often precipitates a UTI because blood is a medium where bacteria thrive
The bacteria work there way into your bladder and mulitply and can cause all your symptoms. I hope you did not blow the whistle for nothing!!

NGU happens at about 5 days, not month after. Herpes test is conclusive at 3 months.

I didnt mean to be disrespectful and harsh.  and I hope to god that what you're saying is actually whats happening.  But Ive read in this forum, that after a while people will start developing herpes like symptoms or NGU symptoms.. months down the road and thats what im affraid of and whats what im talkin about here

I really dont think so and the information given here might be inaccurate.  I've been looking around this forum for a couple of days now and people are suffering with similar symptoms and everyone keeps telling them its nothing and 6 months or a yr later they discover that they have something.  We cant be all hallucinating and thinking of symptoms.  Yes our minds can play games on us but cmon to some limit.  I truly believe that there are things that are unanswered with science until now.  If I get my results back and everything is negative and im still feeling how im feeling, then its the only conclusion to make!

I know I should be waiting for the results and cant help but wonder.  its also so hard to try and list all your symptoms. I've also forgot to mention that when I touch my penis, eventhough its not hard, it feels aroused.. just a tingly feeling.. not sure if im even saying that right or if im using the right explanation.  Was hoping to get someone with the same symptoms to say what they went through(was it anything? was it cured? not cured? So many unanswered questions)

There is also a weird oodor in the genitals area and urine.  Also, after I urinate, i feel where the bladder is, is cramping.

what is most common discharge you would get if you have NGU? Is it smelly? Does it happen all the time?  I appreciate your time and help.
