Quest about Herpe Blood Test

I have some questions about the Herpe Blood test on IgG.
There are some Doctor told me, the antibody test might helpful to diagnose, the Focus Herprselect Elisa 1&2 was accurate, and I have read some papers written by Professor Morrow, these paper give me some information that the Herpeselect elisa test was perfect, but in my past point, the anti-body test to HSV was only suit to investigate of epidemic disease and unsuitble to clinic diagnose. I have read some other papers about the HSV IgG test, one author think the IgG test was useless to clinic diagonse, his result showed the OD of the IgG(not IgM) might rise at first episode, but the recurrent patinent's OD was similar to the normal people, this paper was written by Doerr HW in 1987.Some patient's Herpeselect test result was agreed with this point in our country, TOO many recurrent patient Herpeselect test result was negative, and almost all people, with the atypical symptom, got a negative result in our country, most of them take the test after 4 months. especially, there was one patient had taken the test 5 times, All his results were Negative, but the PCR test showed Postive (the last test was after ONE year). there was another research showed only about 76% patient with two or more times lesions would got the Postive reslut in Herpeselect elisa test.

My questions about the antibody-test and the Herpeselect elisa were:

1. How about the Herpeselect Elisa test?
2. Is it ture that All patient , infected by HSV-II, could yield the specific antibody IgG after enough time ?
3. Would the IgG dispear in the recurrent patient?
4. Does the Herpeselect kit can test the microcrystalline IgG?
5. Does the Herpeselect elisa kit suit to the clinic diagnose?
Thanks for your answers!

To answer your questions. The Herpes select test is very good test. Like other lab tests it too has a percent false positive and false negative results. To answer the second question the answer is yes. Question 3..probably not. Question 4 there is no such thing as MICROCRYSTALINE IgG..IgG is IgG. microcrystaline is a term to describe the substrate form of the IgG bound in the test kit. To answer question 5..if you are havibg painfull genital blisters the Herpes select test can give additional information. As a random screen to asymptomatic patients, I don`t really recommend it. Quit surfing the Internet, it appears to have confused you.

Thanks for your reply! Are you Doc? I am Chinese, and almost all Doc in our country think the antibody test for Herpes diagnosis was inaccurate, the blood test is only suit to the  investigate of epidemic disease, in fact when you talk about the blood test with Chinese Doc. they are not interest in it, they were more believe the symptom which they watch.
As many people well know, the most people's symptom, infected by HSV, was atypical, there was a forum in our country like this, it only about the GH, some of the member introdued the Herpeselect Elisa test into China, and there was one clinique use it, many patient(inlude me)have taked this test, but the strange thing was almost all patient get the Negative result, some of these patient have the recurrent typical symptom, all patient take this test after 4 months, somebody was after more one year, so, I have the qualm with the Herpeselect Elisa test. Does the the Herpeselect Elisa test used in clinic diagosis in US ?
could anybody give me explaint about these?
