possible infection

Dear doctor,
Recently I made something that I'm not proud of. Even thou I never practice unsafe sexual contacts, the girl that I was with, licked her saliva wet fingers, and some seconds after kissed me. Is there a possibility for any STDs, including HIV.

Thanks you in advance.

Sorry about my English...

So the situation is like this: After I was touching her wet vagina, she took my hand and lap my fingers. After that she kiss me deep on my mouth. nothing more happened unsafe but I still have doubt.
The question is: Am I at risk of any kind of STD?
