STD????

Yesterday I noticed a small flesh colored blister/bump/pimple on the underside head of my penis, basically where the shaft meets the head.  There is no pain or no discharge as well only slight itching on the underside of my penis.  A little background Ive been home for the summer from college and haven't been sexually active in the last 4 months with the exception of masturbation.   I have however had multiple sex partners at school and have had unprotected sex before.  I am worried I have contracted something however due to the lack of sex in the last 4 months Im alarmed as to why there is a bump on my penis.  The bump is small and barely noticeable.  Please give me educated insight as to what this problem could be or how to avoid it moving forward.
Thanks!

Hi, what your describing does not suggest herpes or syphilis but maybe an irritation from masturbating.
