Unprotected oral sex, hiv/herpes?

Hello, I received unprotected oral sex about a week  ago but had protected vaginal sex as well. A couple days later I found red spots in my penis, not dots or anything like a pimple. The spots started to tingle just kind of like a burning sensation but not to much. I immediately went to a clinic the next day and they tested me for all stds and gave me a shot plus two tablets. I think they said it was for gohnerrea and somthing else. They also said my urine had a gravity in it or somthing. After taking the shot and tablets the next day my mouth and lips became really dry and my stool was very watery and my anus was also kind of soar. I seemed to have a small pimple come up on the side of my lip but it has disappeared the next day.  My tounge kind of swelled so I then went to the emergency room and realized I had a little rash on the side of my leg kind of like pimples but not bulging out of the skin. I also had somthing like on my chest of a rash but the doctor said it was like when u get a hickey like a broken blood vissel. He said my tounge looked normal and when he looked at my penis he didn't seem to concerned . He also said the shot that they gave me drys you up . They did some type of blood work to check my white blood cells to see if I'm fighting an infection and also urine. He said the blood work came back fine and the urine was also fine. But at the clinic the said they found some type of gravity in my urine. I'm so lost I'm still waiting on results. My penis still tingles here and there but not as bad as the first a couple days. What could this be ?  HIV? Herpes ? This has all happened with thin these pst 5 days. I realized the red spots the next day. What could this be ? My stool has also been very watery and I am kind of irritated by my anus, I seem to keep looking and checking my penis I feel irritated but I don't know if it's in my head or not. Someone please help me I appreciate this very much

Its not std related

If its a concern then yes as could be fungal related. You might want to ask your local pharmisst about this and advise some anti fungal cream however. Just a thought

Hey so today I found two scabs or warts on my hand one on the side on top and one towards the top of the finger where it bends, my skin seems to be peeling as well, any idea what could cause this ?

Its not an std symptom and no std symptom appears a few days later anyway. Its most likely a reaction to the condom or an irritation from the act itself.

Hi none of what you mention suggest any std and you can't get hiv from your affair. The tingling could be from constant touching checking for things or a nerve injury from the oral or even a reaction to the condom.

Hi first of all thank you for your reply. I appreciate it very much. I'm just concerned and have a couple questions if you don't mind helping with. The spots don't seem to be going away and still kind of irritate me, the rashes seem to randomly be popping up and dissapearing. You don't think this could be a std in process ? Like early symptoms ? And the shot they gave me could that be causing any of these side affects ? They said it was just anti biotic.
