clumping together red/white dots

About 4 weeks ago, a boy and I had oral sex. Lately i've been noticing red bumpes around the outside of my vagina. They kind of clup together and turn white. Overnight it will kind of go away but then when I eat food and start walking around again they get bigger and more come. I have no idea what this could be, can someone please help me?

I would see a Dr when it happens, they will be able to diagnosis you correctly.

Okay. Should I tell somebody about it? Or do you have any suggestions of what to do.

It could be a fungial infection or irritation. Not a STD though if it goes away.
