I also wanted to mention that the discomfort is sometimes in the end of my penis. Without touching them, they feel like they would be hot to the touch. When I feel them, they feel normal and the discomfort that I feel cannot be found when I touch around to try to see where exactly the discomfort is coming from... Any ideas AJ? board?
Could be prostatitis, an anal fissure (that would cause inflammation and maybe some pressure on the nerves), maybe an std.
I would certainly follow up with your doctor and get it all checked.

What std? Gon? Other? Sites seem to state taht the inflammation of the testes happens kinda qucik. I don't see any inflamation and when I physically touch them, they seem fine... It seemed to occur a three after a "no/low risk" situation...

When I feel everything with my hand, nothing hurts? Is that normal with an std? I thought I'd feel pain in an infected area... Dunno. I'd love it to be anxiety... but it feels too real.
Can Gon. occur w/o chlammitya? Is that common?
Gonorrhea isn't all that common anyway, and you don't have to have gonorrhea to have chlamydia, and vice versa.
I said MIGHT be std. It could also be the other things I mentioned. I don't know - you would have to see your doc to find out.
