Vaginal Tears/ Herpes

HI, I has sex with my boyfriend sunday night and monday morning. It has been about 2 days now. We have been having sex for a while now and we both have been tested, but neither of us know if we have been tested for herpes or not. I have been experiencing very painful urination and  I have about four small tears or sores close to the vaginal opening. They only hurt to the touch and while urinating, and wearing tight underwear. It does not itch or anything like that. Is it herpes or  just vaginal tears should i be worried that I have a STD. What could it be any advice. I am going to planned parenthood tommorow  and hopefully they can help right?

Its only been 5 but still hoping there is No call, I leave for college tommorow morning and I will call once I get there, It will be a few days, since its about 2800 miles away and im driving. It means that the culture is very accurate when its positive - you can't argue that one.  If its negative though, it might have missed a herpes infection for many reasons - the timing wasn't good, the sores had started to heal, the culture wasn't a good one, etc.
