3 red bumps with black dots in the center

I have 2 red bumps on my penis shaft, and 1 on my scrotum, iam a virgin, they dont hurt at all, iam just really concerned, Iam 15 by the way. Can anyone help me with this please.

yes they can be but you need to be seen. your brother looking at your symptoms isn't helpful unless he's a practicing doctor.

I just recently learned I have Eczema, would that be it? ii've been having that problem?

My brother looked at them , he got scared because he had an STD, iam trying though, but thank you for helping.

Oral thats it. from only one person. there kinda black most of the time. but they get bigger and thats when they get red, she doesnt have anything wrong with her at all no STD.
