i am a 25 yr old male. i female escort gave me a blow job without a condom 2 days ago. i did not give her any oral. it was a stupid thing as i'm in a relationship and guilty as hell.

today i have noticed some tiny red spots/pimples on the tip of my penis, what should i do? i might go down to my local gum clinic tomorrow to get tested then start on any medication etc if i do actually have something.

whats your advice to me? are stds treatable? dont know much about stds. thanks

Chlamydia from oral sex is rare, at best.

You could get tested for NGU and Gon I believe at this time if not then in a couple of days. Eveything else takes a couple of more weeks.

NGU is an infection that is not Gon but produces the same symptoms. Research says that this is an STD caused by chlymida and also other mouth bacteria. Since you can not get chlymida from oral it would be other mouth bacteria that is common to the mouth.
The Dr's on this site only say to test if you show symptoms because most males show symptoms or to ease your mind.

If they've gone already, you don't have big cause for worry, at least about this being herpes.

You could still have something though, and at a week, you can test for gonorrhea and NGU.  At 6 weeks, you can test for syphilis if you want.  Its not at all common in the UK, so that one is up to you.

Most STD's are curable. It does not sound like an STD but best advice is to get it looked at and tested. test for gonnohrea, NGU. Those can be spread through oral sex. Might be too early for Syphillis and herpes. Gon, NGU and Syphillis are all cuable, herpes is not but can be managed and is not life threatning. Also with syphillis you can get that only by coming into contact with a soar. And syphillis is not common in developed countries.
