Anal Fingering

Hi,

About 3 weeks ago I went to an Asian massage parlor and the worker fingered my anus. I didn't feel any pain afterwards, probably because I had been drinking alcohol, but the next day I felt a small lump outside my rectal hole, and I felt a lot of pain while sitting. The pain was only present while sitting, and I could only feel a small lump, but I couldn't see it after carefully examining myself with a mirror. It took about a week for the pain to diminish, but I still have slight pain, and I can still feel the lump. I was wondering what this could be, and if it's a sign of an STD?

Also, the sex worker got excited during our encounter (I could feel that her vagina was moist through her panties) and she jumped on top of me and started rubbing on top of me and my penis (although only for a short while, 1-3 minutes) until I pushed her off, and then she proceeded to finger my anus. I'm also married and my wife wants to have a baby. I'm feeling terrible thinking that I could possibly infect someone I love dearly because of my stupid actions. I'm going to get tested for STD's before I have sex with my wife, but is there specific STD diseases I should be worried about, considering my experiences at massage parlors?

Thanks for all your help.

figuring is not a risk at all, and you didn't have sex with her or any oral sex so there is no risk for any STDs.

the lump could be Hemorrhoids but its not any std, if you still have anal pain and the lump then see a doctor but its not an std
