Antibiotics side effects or STI?

I had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a woman a little over a month ago and at the time I didn’t know her status but she got tested 3 weeks after we had sex and was clean with a duo test and the last time she had sex was a month prior to that. I got tested a couple weeks after and came up clean myself. Recently I’ve been diagnosed with acute prostatits and was prescribed Ciproflaxcn to cure it. A week and a half into taking the antibiotic I began to feel burning muscle pain as well as neck and joint pain. I also had my appetite killed with Cipro I really didn’t eat in that period. Prior to this I had none of these symptoms and when I stopped taking Cipro and started taking the bactrim the pains I had originally were reduced by a large amount. They are still there but not as vivid as when I was taking Cipro. My appetite has returned. At the same time I was given an asthma inhaler for chest tightness a previous yearly condition which I feel was a misdiagnosis because it didn’t help at all in fact mucinex currently works best for me. The pro air inhaler made my mouth really dry and I believe it combined with the antibiotics gave me oral thrush. I’ve been prescribed bactrim before and the previous time last year when I had swollen testicles it relieved the pain. At that time I didn’t have an STD at all and was done with the pain in two weeks. I am almost done with my bactrim prescription and I have some testicle pain but I did masturbate a couple days ago prior to that I had none. Their is some red swelling around the head of my penis that I’ve noticed. I’ve also had insomnia I’ve been unable to sleep more than 4 hours and I’ve lost some weight. Another factor is the situation made me breakup with my girlfriend and trying to get her back has been a stressful situation, I’ve had panic attacks and bouts with anxiety. I’m debating if I should get a retest now or wait the three month period. This has been my most frightening life experience. Thanks for the help
