Are Glands on penis warts?

Hey, I recently posted about my queries about genital warts. I buckled up the courage this morning and went to get my penis examined as i believed genital warts were coming back to haunt me. Basically, my previous encounter with them were on the string that holds the penis and the foreskin together. Recently, i have discovered small raised white little spots which i was almost 100% sure were the warts coming back again. As wel as having a full examination of my penis i also got an HIV test, gonnorehea test and chylmidia test just to make sure i havnt got anything. The doc said that the spots on my penis were just glands. I asked her persistently if she was sure and she said that she was and they werent warts, just glands. But these are located in the EXACT place where previous warts were, although they are no way near as wart looking as before, im still unsure as to weather they are just glands or in fact the warts beginning to grow again. Please anyone comment and i would appreciate your input and thoughts. also just to lay people's minds at rest, the doc told me hpv was so common that your more likely to meet someone with it then without it

Google fordyce spots - that's what your doctor is probably talking about.

trust your doctor... what you've described doesn't actually explain the presence of genital warts...
