Penile Discharge won't go away after treatments.

Hey there, I had unprotected sex with a random girl I met downtown after a night of heavy drinking about 2 months ago. The following day I woke up and had a very noticeable penile discharge. No other symptoms like burning or itching. I've had chlamydia before and this wasn't it. I went to a local walk in clinic and the doctor gave me a one time treatment of azithromycin. One week later nothing changed. Went back to the walk in clinic and he told me to see my family doctor because the urine test came back negative. My family doctor did another urine test and a swab test. One week later, tests came back negative. He then checked my prostate and everything was fine. At this point I was very frustrated so I went to the hospital. The doctor did another swab test and gave me a 10 day treatment of Teva-Doxy. 10 days later, nothing changed, swab came back negative and the discharge was still there. I don't know what to do at this point. There's a 6 month waiting period to see a urologist. It does seems to be going away slowly. Is this something I should be worried about? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks!

I should also add, the STD tests were for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I don't know why they didn't check for Ureaplasma, Mycoplasma etc... I'm also worried I have become resistance to these antibiotics because I've taken them both a few times already. Once already this year before this second treatment.

Man did you ever find out whag the cause was? I literally have the same and same situation how it occurred.. All tests negative too
