Bumps on shaft

Hi, about 2 month ago just after 2 or 3 hours that my girlfriend touches my penis with her tongue for just 2or 3 seconds, I saw 1 tiny (less than 1 mm diameter) white bump appear on my shaft just a little under my mushroom (about 5 mm under my mushroom part of penis) and after 3 hours another one appeared near the old one in 2 or 3 cm distance. And now I have them for 2 month or so, I couldn't pop them they hurt too mush when I want to try, but they didnt itch or hurt. What are they? STD?

I said see a Dr for a reason because I have no clue what they could be. Impossible to tell without an exam.

Not a STD because you don't get it from a touch and you don't get it as soon as 2-3 hrs later

See a Dr if concerned, it would have nothing to do with a STD.
